Q3 Can human errors be predicted?

Yes, in the sense that conditions that make them more likely can be identified. Although precisely where and when errors are likely to occur cannot be predicted with accuracy, recognising adverse influences that increase probability of error can provide a clear warning and provide an opportunity for avoiding action to be taken.
